2000 XLS w/ OHV, runs great.
The thing keeps having trouble on start up, it starts fine, but the rpms drop in a split second it sputters and is dead. It doesn't do it all the time and its sometimes takes me mashing on the gas for a few minutes before them RPMs catch and its up and running. Everything still works while its dead also, radio and lights, etc. I am wondering what sensor or if the ICV needs to be cleaned? My battery cables were corroded, but I cleaned them and it still does this every other crank.
Please help me, this has been going on for a few months, until today I almost gave up on it ever starting. (took like 10 minutes to stay fired up)
