So i was wiring a horn button and removing a fuel pump killer switch. I found these 2 yellow wires one just cut off and taped the other one wired to a ground for the ignition. I guess they are just ground wires but I just want them to be where they belong

What these power/ ground to? Thanks in advance

Doesn't look factory.

Something left behind by a previous owner?

You know what that's probably it but why is only one wired to ground and the other one not haha it's driving me nuts.

Also, I look under the hood and I don't see them coming out to relay power box.

Probably a poorly engineered attempt to put in a fuel pump relay cut off switch?

At least now I know it's not from factory so, I'll find out where it goes and try to clean it up thanks shucker

It that a on off button switch?

If so, its a ground interrupt for something, probably the fuel pump cut-off switch. I don't agree with drilling holes through the floor to install one as they make flat switches for under carpet, but its a cheap anti-theft device. Its probably wired into the fuel pump inertia ground and turns it on or off. Switch off, no start.

I found the schematics for the inertia and yes you are right!
But anyways i'm taking it off and I'll plug something there for the hole.

Thank you for the quick response, one more question though. My dome light suddenly died you know which fuse is it wired to?

Almost all factory wires are multi-colored, solid colored OEM wires are rare. Black is a common solid color OEM wire for example.
