just wondering what would be the best product to use to clean the plastic material that surrounds the fog lights in this picture. my explorer has sidesteps and panels running along the bottom of the doors on both sides that need to be cleaned and regularscrubbing just wont cut it. any help would be appreciated!

Do you want these to be glossy or matte?

Meguiars makes a product called "Extra" in a purple bottle, this and a scrub brush cleans the plastic well and returns it to the factory matte finish. Simple Green diluted also works well. For a little gloss and protection, 303 Protectant is anout the best.

I personally think that grey plastic so common on SUVs today looks best with a light gloss.

thank you, i will have to try it out then
