yes, if you know what your doing. the "best" stuff can sound like a dying cat if you cant install worth a dam, likewise "junk" can sound good if install well. that said many people have competed with lanzar amps and done well, some subs are pretty good

dont listen to this guy
Lanzar is crap
end of story

lanzar has two good amps

the 4000d and 6000d but they are copies of soundstream amps

That couldn't be further from the truth. I can only speak for their amps. The opti line put out every bit of claimed watts. The rest is over-rated. Not worth a damm imo.

I've got a Lanzar Opti2000D and I don't think you guys know what you're talking about, it puts out rated power. It'll put out all 2000 watts at .5 ohms and I had it like that for quite a while. It's at 1 ohm right now with my new setup and still doing great. If you're looking for a budget setup for the price it's hard to beat one of these amps.
As for the rest of their stuff...probably crap.

like said above, other than opti amp line...dont touch it

so lanzar has made 3 amps out of their 50+ models in the last 10 years to put out good power.

with solid cheap brands out there like JBL for instance I dont see why anyone would take a chance just to save $20 or $30

i have a 1200D that has been running like a top on my DD 3512 for years. For the first 2 years I pounded the **** outta my subs. Then I got bored with that and I only crank it occasionally.

Lanzar is a fine amp if you don't plan on pushing it day in and day out. You'll pay less than a 1/3 you would for other amps too! D series even come with a remote bass knob that works.

i had a lanzar 1600 watt heritage addition and it pushed my 2 type r's fine. The type r's were running at 1 ohm on each channel. Like the guys said above me you just cannot push it for extended amounts of time on such a low ohm level.
