What torque converter to buy

I have a 2004 Explorer 4x4 four door with a 5r55w rebuilt from a 2002 Explorer 4x4.

What torque converter do i need to get for a replacement? What is just normal stock?

Low or medium stall? Not looking to boost power or anything, just a good smooth family vehicle.

Need to order ASAP. Any suggestions as to where is best to order from? Is the ones from Auto Zone OK for just OEM specks?

4 stud or 8 stud and will be a code stamped into converter cover. will need that to order right one.

Numbers are 4L2AC

With 08H31 next to that.

It is printed not stamped and it has more markings near the 08 number but cant read it

2344 is the one you need. Or Transtar part number FM68HD.
These are the 2 companies I use. Just be careful of trusting an expensive rebuild to a cheap converter
