What transmission and rear end does my Ranger have?

Its a 1999 4x4 Ranger with 4.0 V6 with 118K miles...Do I have the 5R55E or?? Door sticker looks like a code D... Can't find the rear gearing, but mine does have the towing package

If the door code is a "d" then the tranny is a 5r55e. With the towing package you probably have 3.73's in the diffs.

There should also be a code for the axle.
