What's the backspacing on a set of 15x8 AR rims that went on an Ex? A buddy of mine has 'em and wants to put them on his Jeep, but we don't know if the backspacing will match up.

Take a piece of wood and lay it across the back of the rim with no tire on it , or a piece of wood that will only touch the beads of the rim. Then take a tape mesure and mesure the back of the mounting surface to the bottom of the wood and it will tell you the back spacing of the rim. It sould be less than 4 inches. Then mesure the factory jeep wheels. But if you dont want to do all this They should fit just fine. My buddies eagles fit my explorer just fine, and my stock explorer rims fit his jeep.

Well I just measured and it's 4.5" so they wont fit the Jeep

The high backspacing would cause the tires to be closer to the car, not stick out. So they didn't really stick out, but I didn't have any rubbing inside either.
