What's the best way to make a snorkel?

I have a 91 explorer XLT and i want to put a snorkel on it, but i cant figure out the best way to mount it without moving a but of crap and i want it to be inside the fender till right before the window

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the modified 91-94 section. Buy PVC pipe, and clamp it.
