I was replacing my radius arms from superlift when I discovered something was unexpected with the bushings. Here is my drop bracket notice the tubular end. I am guessing that I will have to buy new ra bushings from superlift. The second pic is of the new Moog bushings next to the Poly that came off. None of the other bushings will go in the drop bracket and there seems to be a small round one worn in the tube. check out My gallery for the rest of the pics and a close up of the newly revised Superlift Radius Arms

The left is what came off and the right is what I was planning on putting on.

Here is the inner bushing inside the tube and its definitely worn.

I took a hard look at your pics here. This is what I'm thinking: The wedding ring is the one used for the stock radius arm brackets. You will need the ones from Superlift but don't need all their bushings. I don't remember the part # and I don't think I still have it written down. I used the same bushings as you have. Assemble as normal:

#1 Large washer
#2 bushing
#3 bracket
#4 Superlift wedding ring that goes on the outside of the tube
#5 bushing
#6 larger washer
#7 radius arm nut

Those pics look bad. Deffinately had a problem. I hope this helps you.

All those bushings won't fit. I tried it yesterday 4 and 5 won't fit on well they will but the nut won't tighten or even go on.

The wedding ring will only fit if it's the Superlift style. The bushing will be tight and you have to have the radius arm parallel with the ground to get it to fit without binding. Might also try some soapy water to help the bushing in.

Well that makes sense then. The Moof bushing for the front of the bracket is taller than the poly one. I guess I will call Superlift and get some coming.
