wheel Bearings for 96 Ford X Sport 4x4

Can anyone help me with a part number for the front and rear wheel bearings for a 96 X Sport 4x4? I am in South Africa and would like to try and purchase the bearings locally, so a Timken or similar bearing number would be most helpful.

The necessary seals as well if possible please. (And if necessary)

It takes a good 4 minutes to load everything, its a huge .pdf file.
