I have a 94 ford explorer that the left front wheel locks up in drive. It does this in 2wd or 4wd. I replaced the u-joint becuse it was froze up. When the wheel is locked up you can jack the well up and spin the wheel by hand. It only locks up when you drive. You can over power the problem and then it brakes loose and drives ok till you back up and try to put in drive and try to move the truck. When it is in 4wd the left front wheel locks and the right front does no pull the right front wheel never seams to pull. I wonder if any one else has had this problem.
