I realize that, but they also have a length. When you look at the sets on McGards website, they all seem to be 13/16" long. And I'm pretty sure these are longer than that, but I'm not sure where you measure the distance on a Lug Nut...and the new Explorer shows up NOWHERE, lol.
I know this is an old thread but wanted to post this for anyone in the future looking for wheel locks
Get McGard 24538 - they look the exact same as the ford accessory one (maybe even the same) for half the price. At the time I am writing this they are on amazon for 21.99 and ford wants $45
EDIT: I installed these on my 2013 Explorer with no problems
