Is there anything i can do to get my wheel wells back to dark black color, without repainting. I tried washing them, with water but they just go back to how they were. Help me please.

The black plastic fades over time to a gray color. You could try Armorall or a similar product. Otherwise, just get some cheap black spraypaint--that's what I did ;)

I use the "Touchless" tire spray. The kind that evaporates by itself. Spray it in there and let it do its work. It keeps it looking black and coats the metal areas with a oily film, which helps fight the corrosion.

Deep clean them first to get all the dirt off. You may be surprised to find that most of the discoloration is just dirt that has built up over time. Use Simple Green full strength, agitate with a stiff brush, let it soak for five minutes or so, and then rinse it off. Then hit them with some cheap tire dressing (no need to waste the good stuff on the wheel wells) and they should look great.

I've been told that "Griot's Undercarriage Spray" works really well, but when we do a full detailing on the cars we use the "touchless" tiresprays too and they work well. The only problem is that when it rains, it washes off the wheelwells just like it does the tires.

Getting old makes you grey, same is true of people and wheelwells ;)
