Ok, So I would like to fit some bigger tires on my explorer to give it a little more ground clearance. I don't want to lift it YET. I have both 18 and 17 inch explorer rims. I was wondering what the biggest tires yall run on your not lifted explorers are? Wheel spacers needed for bigger tires to prevent rubbing on the inside of the fend well?
After poking around on this forum the biggest I found were that 285-60-r18 s would fit on a stock explorer without rubbing.
Was maybe thinking with some wheel spacers you could go a little bigger?

Thanks

Dylan
