Wheels for 91

Will 15 inch wheels off a newer explorer fit my 91? I need a spare wheel badly and found a couple wheels off 1995 and newer explorers...

yes they will. Only thing you may have to do is modify the center cap on the fronts so the 4x4 locking hubs stick through them if yours is a 4x4

Yes its a 4x4. What do you mean modify the center caps? The front only has the auto hubs and no center caps like the back.

If you use the center caps from the 2nd gen Explorer wheels they will not fit over the hubs properly. You have to cut a hole for them to fit through. If you don't use the center caps at all then it is no problem.

Ohh ok. I am only using one as a spare anyway without a center cap.
