wheels... where to buy?

planning on doing the 4" Suspension lift asap, where is the best place to get rims that will:-

A) sit further out.
B) are nice and wide and will be able to take a nice wide 35" tire
C) aren't chrome...
D) look good...

thinking something flat black, with holes in them...

Oh... and shipping to Canada is a must...

keystone make a black steelie similar to soft 8's,,iirc I paid around $55 each new from a local supplier.
