When it Rains, My Truck wont Idle!!!!

When its raining or Humid, My truck(2000 Explorer sport) won't Idle, unless my foot is on the gas peddle. It turns over, but as soon as my foot comes off the peddle she dies, won't stay Idling on its own. BUT if I a give it a go a few times and let the truck sit for a while....she'll start right up. And once shes running, shes good to go. The problem seems to be getting worse. When its dry, she runs fine. Any Ideas? Please and Thanks.

1. IAC

2. Spark Plug Wires
