i'm pulling out of the list of people traveling to meet up. i'm out of money and my tranny is trying to explode, so I'm only driving when I have to. if people are heading to charlottesville, I'm all for meeting though!!!

Saturday the 3rd I'm heading up to Philly to pick up a motor
Saturday the 10th, I plan on encouraging Bobby to roll it so we can get some good video. Or better yet, maybe we can roll the Zuk before it goes under the knife anyway.

we've got a run going this saturday, the 17th for those that are interested. All are welcome. we are going to shoe creek, starting in Lovingston and driving up, then back down. The trail takes roughly 2 hours going up, if you're moving kind of slow, or taking some of the side roads. You can leave at the top if you want. It puts you on rt 56 above crabtree falls. if anyone is interested, let me know. Thanks

Guy from Philly never gave me his address so I'm back to searching.
Took the X on the 10th and no one wanted to brave the cold. We showed some other guys the land and they were wimping out so I "HAD" to run a few sections.

When/if I roll the zuk IT'll be on video.!!!

As far as local shops, try as I may, they just don't have what I need at a price I am comfortable affording. Most of the time they either don't have anything for an Explorer, aren't willing to fab stuff up, or sell you something for 200% to 300% the online price and charge you an arm and a leg to install it despite the fact that anyone with the knowhow to turn a wrench and the willingness to learn can do easily on their own.

hightech automotive by the pepsi plant xzibit A works there great helpful staff very knowledge able kinda expensive on installs but hey you want it don't right if you can't do it yourself though right?

Depends on what, I've either done it myself or found someone that can weld.

Unfortunately I still can't weld. soon.... very soon....

Oh to be able to go out and play......my front end is still giving m problems....im thinking that i might do a complete tear down, take everything back, swap it out under warranty, and put it all back together. We'll see, I need to find some time. Martin, I def. want to get up there sometime soon. Still have that roof rack?

Bill, I've still got the rack, and I'm going up to shoe creek on saturday. You're welcome to join even if you just ride along instead of drive. I'm hoping that some other people may be joining us. But it may just be me and my uncle again. If you can't make it this saturday, I'm sure we'll be going again soon. You been around Charlottesville recently?
