Got an awful rattle coming from what sounds like the rear engine area, maybe a little bit closer to the under side of the drivers feet, under the Ex when under load and in drive, worse if the AC or something is on. I'm thinking the drop in RPM when under load is enough to make the engine shimmy and shake a little more that when cruising or in park. It's been doing this for quite some time, so last time I was under the truck I took the heat shield off of the cat, but it's still there. Are there any other heat shields I should be looking for? There isn't by chance one at the y-pipe is there?

There's a heat shield on the Y pipe, around the cat & around the resonator & muffler if those are still stock. There is also a metal shield bolted to the body around the same areas.

I'm going to check the one around the y-pipe tonight as it sounds like it's coming from that general area. I know it's not affecting performance or anything, but it sure is embarrasing when coming to a stop or grabbing some Macdonalds on the run!
