Come on man...it's sold at every place that sells body lifts pretty much (unless it is a Jeep only place). Search the forum and you'll find that this has been asked/answered a million times!
Cheap? Go to Bass pro shop and get some 3" Boat Rollers, or go to Home Depot/Lowes and get some 4x4 wood, and cut them into 3" incriments, or get some 2" Conduit and cut into 3" Pieces. (i will not be liable if you use an of the above methods.)
If you wanna do it the safe and right way, spend the damn 90$ one cost.
Goto 4wheelparts.com, go to lift, find performance accessories, than go to Ford 3" and than find the one for 91 -94 ford explorer. And no i wont give you a link cause im lazy!
