i have a 99 Expo 4x4 with 15x10 cragar soft 8's with 31s and its awesome. only lift Ive done is shackles in the rear and torsion twist in the front. a little trimming was necessary but you'll have that. as for the bumper... i want to get one as well and im very unfamiliar with welding... anyhow lemme know what ya find in your search for a bumper
