Where do I plug in a code reader?

I just rented one from Checker, and they guy gave me a printout of where the plug goes. The only problem is that I can't find it! My CEL came on today for about 10 seconds and I'm just curious to know what it was.

'91-'95 EEC-IV self-test connector is under the hood on top of the passenger wheel well between the air filter housing and the heater fan housing. It might be tucked down in there. [Crankcase]

It will have a black cap on it that says EEC test....chances are its attached to the power distribution box.
