So after having driving my Sport Trac for a few weeks, I have a delima of where to store my Sunglasses. I have tried putting my sunglasses in the garage door opener pocket in the overhead console, but they don't quite fit. They have to be jammed in the garage door holder and I am afraid of them getting scratched. I also tried the little bin by the cupholders but I have been collecting a few things in there and again, I am afraid of them getting scratched. In my 04 Explorer the overhead console has a overhead pocket for sunglasses and all my other cars have a perfect spot around the shifter.

So where do you guys store your sunglasses?

I put mine in the sun visor.

Glove compartment in a sturdy case.

2002 Sport Trac. I store them in a hard case, in the door pocket.

If you want to store them in the overhead compartment, what if you glued a piece of foam to the top to prevent scratching your lenses?

On the sun visor next to my reading glasses, lololololol.

On my face. Or my head. lol

I put them in my center console though. The only thing that ever goes in or out of it is my sunglasses and theres a stack of papers that provide a nice spot to land. Never scratched either pairs of my Oakleys doing that.

My sun visor has a strip running across it vertically. I slide them all the way back so they aren't hanging in view. I'll post a picture in a little bit. There always those nifty foam padded sunvisor clip things too.

^ that's what I use (sun visor clip) and the 1 I have isn't a cheap flimsy plastic crap- well made, some kind of metal. Grasshopper something. I'll have to look and snap a pic
