That bracket to the right of the shock tower with the nut facing the camera, it's holding an AC line I think. Is it supposed to be attached to the shock tower in that hole it has there?

I see a bracket on the left of the shock tower.

If you are talking about the bracket hanging tto the left of the shock tower then it is supposed to be mounted like so...
