That looks like the vacuum hose for the "heater control servo". The "servo" will be "in-line" one of your heater hoses. The valve opens and closes to allow the engine coolant water flow to or from the heater core as you turn the temperature control knob on the heat/ac control inside the cab.

See Photo attached; the red arrows point to your heater hoses... There are also red squiggly lines on top of the heater hoses in this photo.
