Where is my ECU?

Where is my ECU Code?

I know it is on the drivers side by the firewall (under the hood), where all those wires go on the firewall, But I dont see any numbers. Is there a more detailed description of where it is at? Are the numbers highly visable? Anybody have pictures?

On your 93 it should be in the passenger kickpanel.

The code right?? I forgot to put ECU code. Brian (apten chip guy) told me it was where i said. And when you mean kick panel where exacltly do u mean, and where would the numbers be at and look like?

On Gen 1 X's the ECU is located behind a panel on the passsenger side under the glove box. It is mounted to the side just in front of the door, close to the floor. You may be lucky like myself and the code may be on a label on the passenger side door. It should appear as three letters and a number eg: COW1. Hope this helps.
