Where is the A/C blower resistor?

I have a 1999 explorer and the a/c only work on high. I want to chek the blower motor resistor, but i dont find it. Help me please.
 






I am not sure on newer models, but the old ones were stuck right on the side of the blower motor under the hood. look for wires going into the housing.
