Under the hood attached to the Power Distribution box.

If I remember correctly it's under the hood behind the fuse box on the passenger's side of the fenderwell.

That is exactly where it was on my old 94.

Keep in mind that this is OBDI/EECIV, not OBD II. The connector is trapezoid shaped.
