Where is the PCV valve on a 2002 Ranger?

Got Ranger repair challenges and very little computer experience; have never used a forum before. Just trying to find my way around this site before I try to replace the pcv valve in my 2002 ranger xlt a task not clear in my Haynes manual

pvc problem

. Actually my wife was helping me with tapping into your forum and she was having such a hard time setting up an account that she forgot to input such minor details as engine size etc. The engine is 3.0 L. Actually I figured it out and the project went pretty easily. Thanks for replying to my request. I'm sure I will be needing some support in the future as I will probably be doing a bit of trouble shooting on this truck. If I can figure out how to use this forum I'm sure I will enjoy the interaction. Scott
