Where to buy War shackles?

Okay, I know what you're going to say but when I do a search for War shackles...there's 3 million hits which is a lot just to find out where I can go online right now and order these things.

Sorry to be a pain in the butt, but where can I go order them?

Oh, and is the War 153 the tallest I can get?

Ooops, nevermind. I was looking with my glass eye and found it. I'm getting my Warrior 153s in next Tues.
