Where to find PIAA 520 SMR cheap?

Just looking for a set of PIAA 520SMR 55-watters cheap. Any suggestions?

Black or chrome makes no difference. I'm going to coat them with something either way.

I can get them at the local 4x4 shop for $120... apparently the prices have really come down on those in the last 6 months. They were well over $200 the last time I looked. Thanks.
