Where to get rims/tires mounted?

Tirerack won't mount and balance the cobra 18x9 because my ride is a Mountaineer...

Where did you guys go to mount/balance rims/tires?

And how much did it cost?

call them back (tirerack) tell them its for a mustang... make sure you give them a differnet card if you have already tried once and they rejected you.
