where to install an amp?

I will be putting an unamped thunderform in the rear quarter panel. I'm worried about the amp overheating if I put it behind the panel also. Does anyone have this setup? Any problems with overheating?

I put my amp in the passenger side rear quater panel....i didn't know where else to put it and had it under the seat before, but i wanted to keep it out of any harms way. I haven't had any issues with mine of gettin to hot or anything of that sort. there's a picture of where it's mounted in my signature homepage.
