Where to put lights on a Gen II

I have acquired a set if 8" ralley lights (Bosch 180s) and am wondering about a place to put them. I was considering a Carr Light Wing or a Pro Comp Universal Prerunner Bar or perhaps on top of the bumper. These lights will not fit on a Westin Safari Bar and are very heavy. I am also concerned about airflow to the engine/trans cooler. Does anyone have any experience with either of the two light bars above? Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Installing Lights - Have a couple Questions

I am installing the aforementioned lights.
I have a wiring harness but it has a 15 amp fues, I was wondering with 100watt lights, shouldn't it have a higher amperage fuse? Also, the wiring harness has the extra wire for either high or low beam operation of the auxillary lights. Will the lights work without hooking this line up? I cannot seem to locate the light green/black wire for the highbeams in the bundle of wires going o the head lights.
