The way I understand it, only the short version will fit on explorers. The "long" version is for vehicles with longer length springs, such as an F-150. Explorers have a spring under axle, which generally means that the leaf spring is shorter. I just bought a set off Pro-comp aals, there in the mail right now, so I dont know how well they work, yet. From the searching I did, nobody makes a "long" aal for the explorer.
btw, I got mine from www.summitracing.com they had the best deal at like 26.99 plus shipping.
I just noticed that you're from Germany. Thats cool. It's amazing how many people around the world own a Ford Explorer. I was on a missions trip to Romania last summer and saw a few explorers over there.
yes, I´am from germany and it´s difficult to buy any explorer parts from here. well which we have the InterNet. in the future I will insert a 5.5" Superlift in my X 93´and will drive some 33" or 35" tires.
