Which and where to buy cam position synchronizer?

Hey guys, im new into fords and I need to replace my cam postion synchronizer and the sensor but I looked on rock auto and the cheap one comes with everything I need. But the motorcraft one only comes with the synchronizer. Can anyone please direct me the right way .thanks

Buy the cheap one and the expensive one. Use the tool from the cheap one to align the expensive one. Return the cheap one. Use expensive Motorcraft new or Cardone remanufactured part. If a remanufactured part check its integrity before using as half of them are ok, and half not. Be aware that the design changed sometime (around 1998 I think?) from a three pin to a two pin electrical connector design with a smaller rotor. Searching on here will bring up threads about that.
