which chip?

i have a 98 explorer sport and i was wondering which chip i should get for it so i can get more milage and more power out of it?

other than keeping it tuned properly and having properly inflated tires and driving like your grandma I don't believe a chip will help with economy,it may help with performance though!

Does anyone know the name of the chip I need and where it goes.. Is it normally a mechanics job to chuck it in?
