which one is the cylinder 6 ?

hi, my engine lost power and i grabbed the codes ...
the problem was a missfire with cylinder #6
so which one is #6 or how to locate it
my engine is 4.0L V sohc

That would be the driver's side cylinder closest to the fire wall. Or the cylinder located closest to the driver.
