Which U Joint for a 5.0

Does anyone have a recommendation for both driveshaft U joints (at the rear axle, and at the transmission) for a 1997 5.0. I am going to tackle the project myself, but I'm not sure what to look for in a good u joint. I looked around and found that spicer seems to be a good brand, but I'm not sure about greasable or not and all that mess. Greasable or not, what brand, zerk fittings, its all foreign to me when its comes to these. Any help would be appreciated, especially part numbers, or stores/websites to get them from. Any parts store should have a paper and electronic catalog to look up the part numbers for you. I would recommend getting the upgraded, "super strength" and greaseable type parts because for me, a U-Joint is not something I'd want to go through the hassle of fixing very often. Buy the strongest thing you can, IMO.
