Looking to test the power to the dash switch for the 4x4 in the Ex, but not too sure which wires are which. Module test ok, but no clicking and no lights at the switch when I hit the button. This is the second or third switch I've tried and I find it difficult to believe that all 3 switches are bad. Oh, and I've also checked the fuses and have a new shift motor sitting on the kitchen table, but can't see how a bad motor would cause no power at the switch.

Alright!!! Put the new shift motor in tonight before I started messing with any wiring and BLAMO!!! She's working just fine now! That was the most satisfying clunk I've ever heard come from a vehicle! So, if anyone is experiencing the same symptoms I was, spend the 80 bucks and grab a new shift motor off of rock auto. Weird how a bad shift motor can present itself as something totally different.
