Check the O2 sensors or for a vacuum leak.

If I'm not mistaken, a white electrode can also be caused by water / coolant in the combustion chamber.

would water/coolant cause the color change in exhaust? currently i don't blow any visible smoke through my exhaust pipes.

You could be burning coolant, but not enough to produce smoke/steam. Coolant comes out as white smoke. Does your coolant level go down?

not so far
