Who makes the best 3 inch spindle?

In a few weeks im planning on getting a 3 inch spindle lift for my explorer. Im wondering who makes the best one? I know procomp makes one for sure, do any of the other companys make them, like say fabtech for instance.

Also will i be able to run the stock wheels with 31 10.50s?

Bullseye is the ONLY manufacturer of the Explorer spindles. They make the m for both ProComp and Fabtech.
Fabtech only makes them for the Ranger and those are made by Bullseye as well.
