Who wants to build me a roof rack?

I need someone in the CT area to fabricate a roof rack for me because I cannot weld. Never learned how...silly me. My jeep rack has already rusted and failed.

Anyway, as a last resort I will buy the Surco but it really is not what I like. I was looking for something like this.

On second thought, do they rent wleders at HD or anything like that? I could just read up on welding or have a coworker teach me and weld my own. What do you guys think?

I need a custom one because I will be using the holes where the OEM rook rails are.
