whos got auto locks

Hi everyone, I have a 97 limted, I was just wondering if the auto locks are supose to auto UNlock when you park? Or are the auto locks limited to just locking? If they do auto UNlock, when will they do it? ie when the ex is placed into park or when you shut off truck?

nope, no auto unlock. That wouold be cool though.

If you don't like them auto locking when you start to drive you can turn that feature off.

MY 95 Has them, but I have them disabled mainly because they don't work very well, they usually lock when I park instead of locking when i hit drive. it depends on if you hit the brakes hard enough to keep the brake lights on when you switch to drive.
