Don't get me wrong, I love my new Ex. Especially since they fixed the leak in the driver's door. But why are there no front parking sensors?

I was wondering about that too. I wasn't sure they weren't there, given the auto parking. I did briefly see an add-on for a front parking sensor in the 2011 accessories, and figured I might get that dealer installed if I found it necessary?

Does puzzle me why, when it clearly has the sensors in front, they don't work for parking?

I also thought it would be a good idea it is tricky seeing over the front end and even judging the front wheel locations as you approach curbs and similar objects .

I agree. Very much needed in this vehicle. Seems like an odd thing to leave out.

The front sensor I saw for the 2011 accessories was an Echomaster and it cost around $250.

That's one of the few things I love about my parents FX, front, rear, and side cameras for real easy parking.

The front sensors that are present are for the adaptive cruise control. They should also serve as parking sensors.
