Wig Wag Hookups

Hello everyone im new to the group and wanted to say hey. I am Siagon or engineer 9556 I am an engineer on a fire station in Kentucky and I had a question about wig wag hook ups on my 99 explorer XLT
I Have wig wags hooked up to my head lights but I need to know if I need to hook the red line up to ground or to a power source. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to this forum! Most of the time, the red wire is positive continuously. The yellow wire is ignition controlled positive, and the black is the ground. A schematic diagram will tell you what each wire is for.
