Will 02 Explorer hatch and bumper fit 06

Last night I backed into a cement guard and bent the back Hatch and messed the bumper up. I found a possible replacement but it is from an 2002. My Explorer is 2006 and will the 2002 parts fit or not. Thanks in advance.

Yes, but you'll need to transfer the wiring harness over to the 2002 hatch.

Edit to add: the 02-05 hatches were notorious for the plastic trim panel on the glass portion failing, allowing water to get in and ruin the wiper motor, the glass latch actuator, and/or the lock actuator, so I'd make sure to do a thorough inspection of the used hatch.
