Will 06-08 tail light guards will fit an 05?

Just got reminded of a shop lifting story... quite rediculous... short of it is, my ex-gf (at the time my gf) wanted me to take her to this store, so I did, and while I had my back turned she went on a "shop-lifting" spree. I feel quite guilty, although none of it was for me Crimes these days are rediculous. I figure just buy the item,then I acutally own it.

Yep...and she did worse than stealing, don't want to go in detail, but just didn't make smart choices...yeah, and not the brightest star in the sky

She's still fairly chill, although its just mostly a text message every so often. To topic, she did hate my magnaflow exhaust Way too loud for her. :

Cool man. Its good to stay friends, as long as she doesn't hit you up for an alibi!. The magnaflow still sounds sweeeet. My dog doesn't seem to mind the note (4 legged variety, not trying to be insulting,sexist or gangsta. He is a dog) So no dramas for me on the home front.

That magnaflow is SO loud going up the hill to my house... Some days I think about going for a larger muffler, but don't want to spend the money...

Yeah, I drool (not really) when I hear a gibson exhaust...perfrect note for a truck...And for the hell of it....how many dogs can fit into a 2011 Explorer?

While on the topic of auto shows....the new/recent auto shows SUCK. Such a selling enviorment, last year I couldn't get out of the chevy section without a pamplet for every chevy car truck or suv under the sun! Maybe they will change...since I complained about it... But guess who will test drive the new explorer there? ME! And I'll see what power it has

Yep, power would have to be the only thing it has going for it. Cover up the ford and explorer emblem and it could be a mitsubishi:

Yeah, it'll move cause of its Uni-Body, but it's Not nearly as powerful as the V8. V8 had way more torque

don't get them.. they're ugly and if you do actually hit something (or something hits the taillight) they will probably cause more damage than they prevent.

No sir... I was at a buds party the other night and some drunk idiot was swingin around a baseball bat and it hit my taillight guard and it was just fine... besides I was still pissed as hell though

I would think they wouldn't cause too much damage if they got tangled in a tree or bush, but what are the chances of that happening?
