I've seen that thread before but I'm pretty sure I've seen somebody with a setup close to mine run 35s. Anybody have any personal experience with this?

Do you have the axle gearing to run 35s?

I have 4" on lift and test fitted some 35 with no problem in fact I'm getting a new set for it soon.

Nice

Herc had a 3" body lift + TT. I had to cut nearly 2" of metal off of the rear of the front fenderwells when I went to 35" tires. If that is what you have in mind when you write "with a little hacking" then yes, you can do it.

And, to ask Bill's question again - what gears do you have? 4.10 didn't cut it when I went to 35" and I regeared to 4.88.

sweet sounds like i should be in buisness. i have a 4.0 and was thinking about running these. http://www.yukongear.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProdID=1953 . with these tires http://www.summitracing.com/parts/pbt-pb2256re . what do you guys think? i work in a performance parts shop so i get a awesome discount and can get my hands on almost anything. let me know what you guys think!

Those tires might require more room that other 35s IMO. where you might get a small rub from an AT/MT those will catch. Just my $.02. I would def want 4:88s for 35's. I wish I had 4:88s with my 33s but the rear 4:56s were free.

Im running 4.10's in mine but reason being is I'm also turning 3k rpms at 65-70mph with my trans. Idk why mine came out heard so low with the setup I have but I can start out in third gear. But now my other exp I can see needing 4.88 in it with 35's.
