will a 98 4.0 ohv work with my 94 explorer
Ok so I have a 94 explorer with about 220,000 miles on the motor and I have a 98 mazda with a ohv 4.0 with about 60,000 less than the explorers motor. The explorer is mixing oil with the water and exhaust gases are making their way into the coolant as well. Could I use the motor from the mazda and what all would be involved? Like could I use the explorer wiring harness and ecu and transmission? And just drop the mazda motor straight in?
